Am I pregnant???

My period tracker says I’m 4 days late. My boobs have been sore since last Friday, my back is starting to ache and I’m not really craving any foods. I’m getting white creamy discharge. I️ had my period at the beginning of this month and my tracker says I️ should of gotten I️t again 4 days ago. Could I possibly be pregnant? When should I take a test? The last time my spouse and I had sex was the week of the 13th. What should I do?????
