Help!?!

Okay so I had a “period” February 24th but it was brown almost black so I didn’t know what was going on. Last Tuesday 3/20 I found out I am pregnant. I was thinking I’m 5 weeks along because I had a period in February but my mom and I both think I’m already showing.. is there a chance that I’m farther along then I thought or a chance of it being twins! I know the first few weeks is bloat but this is not bloat it’s hard and doesn’t go away when I suck in please comment!!!
