bleeding is back
Okay so my postpartum bleeding stopped at about 4-5 weeks PP. I’m now almost 8 weeks PP and I just started bleeding again. I’m not sure if it’s my period or not because i’m “breast feeding” (just pumping) and I’ve heard that’s supposed to make your period not start for a while. I also just started working out again 3 days ago so idk if that has something to do with it. Thoughts?
