Back pain pregnant??

I’m 15 w and 3d pregnant but this pain has been going on even before I knew I was pregnant. Not to long before. If I stand up or walk to long or do to much work this area hurts so much I can not walk at all... any ideas??

it's most likely sciatic nerve pain. Look up stretches, get a foam roller and roll the spot that hurts, use a hot water bottle on it and ask your doctor what topical rub you can safely use.

Go get adjusted by a chiropractor. (Make sure it’s okay with your dr) my dr said it was perfectly fine and oh my I haven’t had back pain since! And I’m now 30 weeks. My friend said she would go in once every other month during her pregnancies to get adjusted and it made such a difference for her.

SI joints!!! I’ve always had problems with mine but it’s significantly worse while I’m pregnant! All of your joints are a little looser and relaxed to prepare your body for birth, so this joints are too, which is not comfortable. Mine just feel like they’re always out of place.

I'm om the same boat, a coworker recommended a support belly band and it's helping a lot.

Same thing happened with me. Happened a few weeks before I found out I was expecting. Chiropractor really helped but it’s back now
