I am 4dpo have cramping for two days that come and go I had a bm yesterday but it feels like I have to go but nothing just pressure and gas. What do y’all think!?

your having typical symptoms of increase in progesterone.. it's the hormone that is high after ovulation. same symptoms when pregnant or not. too early to feel pregnancy symptoms.. won't know til 14 dpo may. baby dust.

It’s still a bit early for implantation... it could be but typically it takes almost 6 days for the fertilized egg to get to the uterus and implantation happens 6-12dpo.
