Drinking while ttc?

We’ve been trying since dec 31.  I was on bc for over 10 years. I don’t want to change my lifestyle yet. Been told I will stress myself out. What has everyone else done??

I drank while ttc I use to not and even cut back caffeine and nothing . When I finally decided to give up I started drinking here and there and going out more enjoying my relationship and turns out I got pregnant while stress free lol . People will say yes it’s bad but don’t feel bad if you have an occasionally drink here and there don’t dress yourself .

I was smoking weed, cigarettes and drinking alcohol. hell i even tried shrooms for the first time... trust me when that uterus is ready youll get that baby whether you're living it up or not.

I drank normally when TTC and stopped once I found out I was pregnant. My baby was just fine.

I’ll have an occasional glass of wine during the first two weeks of my period until I ovulate. My wife and I signed the paperwork to buy our first home the same day we had our first IUI and I had half a glass of champagne that night to celebrate (though I’ll admit I felt scared and some regret—thus I only drank half the glass). I didn’t drink a drop from that night through the rest of my tww.  I got my period today so I’m “celebrating” that with a glass of red wine. I think it’s all about moderation and balancing good ttc behaviors with still living life.
