Birth Control Question!! 💊💊💊

I started taking the pill on Feb. 1st of this year to help lighten my flow. About a month after, March 8th to be exact, I started noticing spotting. I read and was warned this might happen, so I didn't think too much of it. Until it got heavier and it didn't stop. It went from spotting to light/medium flow, this week its been back to spotting again. I'm concerned now though because it's been 3 weeks going on 4 I believe. I am not sure anymore if this is normal so any help AT ALL is greatly appreciated. Thank you 😄❤
