What is the most satiating raw vegan food?
Been trying to stick to eating raw for a year now, but I keep failing..
I do well for a while and then I get so hungry that I eat rice, potatoes, whole grain breads, oats, chickpeas, etc...
Whenever I try going raw I always feel hungry... and I eat so much though... lots of veggies and lots of fruit and sometimes moderate amounts of healthy fats (avocados, nuts and seeds)... but I always feel hungry like two hours after I eat...
The problem is that when I stick to eating raw I feel amazing, even though I eat tons of food I still feel super light and full of energy and I sleep better and for some reason I have the most amazing vivid dreams. But I also feel hungry ALL THE TIME! Not to mention it gets to be expensive depending on the season...
Is there any raw food that really leaves you feeling satiated?
Has anyone else been through this?
