is this a sign

I really need advice ,prayer im so depressed... So i recently found out that i may not be married. This is my husband's 2nd marriage, apparently the divorce was not final prior to us getting married. im so confused, what does this mean? Have i been living as a married woman doing what married women do for nothing? idk what to do and he is acting like its not a big deal. am i over reacting? NO NO im not right? What do i do?
