Hair Growth Tips?

I really want my hair to grow!! I’ve had it short (grade 2 back and sides) for about two years now and I just want my long hair back!! It’s currently jaw length and I’d really like it shoulder length before I go to college in September. Any tips?

I love rainbowlight vitamins. When I use co wash I really notice a difference it takes like a week for your hair to get used to having oils instead of them being stripped away.  I use as I am cleansing co wash find in in the African American section at Wal-Mart. I have  normal  wavy hair and I love this stuff!!

You can try biotin (its a vitamin) or prenatals really do help your hair grow fast.

I use Monat! My hair will not grow past my shoulders. I started using the products on Nov and have been able to get an extra 3 inches so far. I have not been in for a trim but I imagen that will help. They also sell vitamins (monat that is) designed for hair growth and health but I can't use them right now due to pregnancy. My hair also feel amazing which is a plus considering how much I colour and use heat lol.

The waiting game!! Yeah being an overall health person is good but I'm not making any promises about fast hair growth. From my personal experience it's just been waiting it out. And if you just happen to have extra money laying around then maybe some clip ins?
