Unsure about First Kiss

This guy wants to “hook up” with me tomorrow night, and it would be my first kiss. Is it bad if my first kiss is just a meaningless hook up? I am 15 (but will be 16 in exactly a month) and scared i will regret it later but also scared if i wait for something “special” i’ll be too old to be having my first kiss. BTW i don’t feel forced by this guy or anything, I kind of initiated it and initially really wanted to but am unsure now. please help!
