Bacon?

So I didn't take a picture, but I just took a tampon out and I had this strange, flesh-like piece fall out of me that was massive...it was about an inch and a half long, a half inch wide, and a millimeter in width. It was sticky and stretched but did not come apart...it literally looked like bacon. I have no pain other than cramps, and no inflammation as far as I can tell, but I've never had tissue appear to be so white and so strong before. Usually it kind of...comes apart if I mess with the toilet paper. (I know. I'm curious and want to make sure I'm not dying or something. I'm sorry that's gross.) Does anyone know what's going on? Should I see the doctor? I am on the Depo shot so maybe that affected my discharge during my period?
