I feel crazy

I have depression. I am just starting medication because lately I feel so out of control. It’s like I know that people care and if I disappeared people would be sad but for some reason when I get really down I feel as tho everything would be better without me. It’s hard because I know this isn’t true but sometimes it just feels so real. I feel crazy and idk if anyone else can relate
