can i have some help please

im in a relationship with a girl and im trying to get prego and she said shes ok with that and its was going to be with my bff ( he's only a bff to me thats all) but he does like me and we got in to it yesterday ( me and my gf ) and she told me all i ever talk about now is trying to get prego and everything with him

the thing is the doc told me i only have a 10% chance of getting pregnant and he said it drops slowly as I get older and I really don't know what to do...
