One week of keto
I’ve heard many positive things about the keto diet and have seen people get great weight loss results. I would like to do keto for a week and see how it goes. I try to workout 3-4 days a week so how can i keep myself from feeling lethargic on the diet?
Also for those who have done it or tried it, did you lose any weight your first week?
Lastly, if i were to go back to my normal diet (not low carb) the next week would that affect my body in anyway?
