Sore uterus?

Hey ladies so I’ve been having very persistent uterine discomfort lately. I feel ‘full’ and there is a lot of pressure on my bladder making me feel like I have to pee constantly.

I’ve been dealing with this for 2.5 weeks now, since my ovulation. My period is late.

just took a pregnancy test and it was negative. I just feel so sore and achy. I have an appointment with my doctor on the 18th of April, but if this continues I’ll have to get checked out sooner. Has anyone experienced this before? Any suggestions?
