Unidentified location? Jesus Help my Baby 😥

Unidentified location baby may not be in my uterus! Anyone been through this? I think im 5 wks 4 dys I only went to ER because I had 2 previous miscarriages so I wanted my HCG checked before my appt on Wednesday.  
HCG today 1792 highest I had at this time in my pregnancies 
Well I have had cramping in pelvic uterus area that sometimes I can feel in my hip area but I had that since like 10 or more dpo. It goes away I feel great otherwise and belching. 
I go back in 2 days please any advice?

when I was really early I had really bad cramping in my left of my uterus/ovary. it was nothing bad, it turned out to be a corpus luteum cyst. It was the side I ovulated from. it went away in a few weeks. I’m not sure if that’s what’s going on but it’s very possible.

I was about 4 weeks when I went to the ER because I had cramping and they told me it was probably implantation and as long as there was no spotting it was ok. They did a vaginal US but could not see anything, they advised me that most doctors won't see you until you're at least 6 weeks or further because that's when they can see the baby.
