7week old-sleeping at night??

Question

So if my baby wakes up in the middle of the night, I used to start his bottle and feed him. But I tried putting his paci back in to see if he'd fall back asleep..and he did! 
Does anyone else put their paci back in and let them keep sleeping as long as they will sleep?
It has been almost 2 hours since he first started waking up. But I put his paci back in and he's STILL asleep! Is this good or bad? Lol

I did this at 4 weeks old. She’s been sleeping 12 hours straight ever since 🤷🏻‍♀️ there’s zero reason to wake them and as long as they’re gaining weight appropriately, they don’t need to he fed every x hours every night. They’ll make up for the “lost” calories during the day. Good job!! 😊

I’d say if he’s hungry he will make it clear and not go back to sleep. If he’s a good weight then let him sleep as long as he needs and you get some sleep too.

I don’t know how it works for bottle fed babies but for ebf babies it’s important to feed them when they wake up.

Depends on his weight gain. Personally, I believe a waking baby wants to eat.
