I am confused

Okay so last time I had sex was March 11. as you can see I ovulated some time around the 16th - 22nd. I "started " my period the 4th of April which is around the time I would've started but it was only brown spotting the first day then the second day was brown/red blood then spotting again on the 3rd day. Normally I have red red blood. should I take a test? Or should I just not worry about it since my " period " already came?
