Nexplanon periods

Hi Guys! I’ve had the implant in my arm nexplanon for awhile. I have about a year left with it until I need another new one but Jesus my period is now on it’s 3rd week. It’s light enough that I don’t want to wear a tampon but need a light pad or I’ll ruin my underwear. I usually don’t get periods with it but the past couple month they have been coming this one is just insanely long and not sure if I go to the doctors or not.... getting worried! Anyone else have this problem?
