hv anyone experienced implantation bleeding... plz advice m kinda confuse if m hvng implantation bleeding or my periods..

Answer

Implantation bleeding is a misnomer. And most women don’t experience it. I’ve had it with one of my three successful pregnancies. 
First of all, it’s really only spotting. It’s usually a light pink or pink-brown (never red). It doesn’t even usually last 24 hours. And it usually is 3-7 days before your period is due. 
So if it’s red, started the day of your period, and continues for more than 24 hours, it’s most likely your period.

I’m curious as well. I had very light spotting with cramping thinking AF was super early (6 days) but was a pink tinge and that was it and only when I wiped. I hope it stays that way.
