Miscarriage
Went in for my first ultrasound, was supposed to be 7weeks and 4 days. Baby measured 6weeks. We still saw it’s little heartbeat. Was scheduled to come back a week later and was told there is no heartbeat. That was March 28th. Still haven’t experienced any pain or bleeding, not even spotting. I have no clue what’s next or what I should do. I wanted to miscarry naturally but it doesn’t seem as if things are progressing.
