Side and abdominal pain

I don’t really know where to put this but about a week ago I got a sharp pain in my right side near my ovary area and also in my lower and middle back on that side. It went away and I completely forgot about it. Well today after having a bowel movement (I know, TMI, sorry) it was back but it was excruciating in the right ovary area and by my hip bone. Anyone know what it could be or has anyone experienced something similar? Pain went away after about an hour (and after massaging the area a bit). I, being the idiot that I am, googled it and everything says IBS or gall bladder. 😣just looking for some advice or help!
