Makeup help!

I'm looking for DRUGSTORE makeup that's very good for sensitive skin (my skin breaks out very easily).

I used to go to Sephora and spend so much money but I stopped completely when I moved out of my parents home.. had a kid and just gave up completely on makeup because I couldn't afford it anymore.

I want to feel pretty again, have some of my life back again you know?

I used to wear like MUFE and like

.. better than sex mascara stuff.

Also what can I use to blend my makeup? my makeup was not blended when I used to wear it 💀
