Does anyone know why I get these spots randomly?

They just show up and then randomly disappear a couple days later! This one showed up right after my shower. They don’t hurt, not itchy I don’t think, and they are flat, not bumps or anything. This is on my upper thigh and is a pretty big spot. About the size of a fist maybe. I’m 25 weeks if that makes a difference!

Looks like petechiae, they are formed when tiny blood vessels under the skin break.

I get it from scratching while my skin is hot. I get them on my chest after showers sometimes.

I’m no doctor but am in nursing school and my brother has had this but it looks like petechiae to me. You can google it if you want. I would get it checked out. Could be nothing serious or could be. My brother had it from a platelet disorder and had to have many blood transfusions and almost died. It can be serious.

This is called petchiae (sp?) it's just broken vessels under your skin. 
It's very common. Usually caused from scratching, or any similar irritation to the skin. Do you use a loofah in the shower? It could be a bit too rough for your skin. I get them easily, even just from leaning on something for a while. Pay attention to areas that you scratch, etc..if they pop up in that place, you're fine. If you're not doing anything that should cause it, talk to your doctor..being pregnant, it would be wise to rule out anemia or any condition that could cause this.

I get them the same exact way on my thighs too but idk how I get them or why.. I just assumed the water is too hot.
