advice please ladies

I am nearly 6 weeks pregnant going by first day of last period. Over the last two days I have 3 occasions so far where I have had a very faint pink ish sort of colour to my increase discharge I have had on and off lightly cramping and mild tummy feelings sort of thing I have had a very thin nail length and thickness in fresh blood I'm not sure where it came from I only seem to get the discharge and that one tiny line of blood when I try to go for a pooh I have a water infection mild back pain feeling sick on and off and achy boobs on and off what do you ladies think 🤔 I'm just hoping this is normal really thank you for all advice in advance xx
