Might lose my puppy.....πŸ˜πŸ’”πŸΆ

When we moved into the home we are in now (my mother in laws home) we were told we would be able to live her for a pretty long time. She moved from here (Utah) to Oklahoma because my father in law was an alcoholic and she couldn't deal with it anymore. She tried for a long time to get him to stop and to help him stop and he couldn't/wouldn't. So she moved away. A year later my father in law pasted away. By that time my mother in law has a new home and job over there. So we moved in so she wouldn't lose the house and were told we would have probably 10+ years here. She decided when she came for Christmas this year that she is moving back this July. That means we have to move now. We thought since we would have a home for 10+ years it would be ok to get a dog. We ended up getting a beautiful Great Dane. Well, now we can't afford to buy a home and we can't find a place that will allow her we may have to rehome her. My aunt who loves dog's said she will happily take her, but I am devastated. This is my girl! My baby! She means everything to me and now I may not even be able to keep her! She may no longer be mine! I don't want to part with her! I don't know what else to do though. My husband and I having a place to live comes first, I'm just so heart broken!!πŸ’”πŸ’”πŸ’”

* My dog is not comparable to a child. Places normally don't have a "no baby" policy. What am I supposed to do? End up homeless with her so she can starve to death? Yep, that's the right way to go.
