not sure whats going on 🙄

If anyone has some insight on this id be really greatful as I hate going to the doctors unless I have to. I noticed my boobs felt a little bit more tingly/sensitive a few days ago and still are and then when me and my SO were having sex I started to get really bad stomache cramps, it almost felt like my insides were bruised. (it wasnt due to him thrusting or anything, it was very slow and gentle lol) the pain continued for about 15 mins after we'd done. also the day before that I was getting shooting pains in my left ovary? I dont normally have any symptoms with my period.AF was due today but was a no show... but i can be 2 or 3 days out. I just feel very strange like somethings changing with my body. I took a test this morning but was negative. anyone experienced anything similar? sorry of this doesnt make much sense, Im a bit of a worrier.
