Breast Pain

Hi ladies! Been TTC for #2 for 13 months now... I am having THE WORST breast pains. I breast fed our first born and the pain I’m getting is almost like the sensation of full ducts along with the tingle / burningish feeling right before you breast feed cuz they’re full. They are also VERY tender to the touch on the sides, feel a little swollen and my noodles are sore too. AF is supposed to come tomorrow but had a BFN this morning when I tested with FRER. We had DTD a ton during my fertile window one of which I had EWCM so who freaking knows 🙄😬 have any of you experienced this and ended up preggo??
