weight-loss buddy ?
I'm 14 . and I just want someone who's going through the same thing as me . I would like to lose 40 pounds by September. I weigh 170. I would like to lose 20 by June I'm going to drink a glass of milk for brekfast. no lunch cause I don't need it and no junk food and for dinner whatever my family's having just a small amount . I'm going to be going on walks and running . anyone want to do the same thing and we can exchange numbers and talk? UPDATE: So I'm going to actually start something else on Monday. a healthy brekfast with toast with 3 cups of water . lunch just milk and whatever is being served at the cafeteria (can't bring my own lunch ) and a small dinner with protein and veggies . I'm getting up at 5 and running for a half an hour . and walking at night. I'm going to try and get. in 12 cups of water and at least 9
