Implantation cramping?

So I’m currently 6dpo and today and yesterday I had light cramping or tingling feeling in my lower stomach in the uterus area. But this morning I had the horrible cramp that left me doubled over in pain and made me have to diarrhea(sorry tmi) then it was gone. I mean no cramping or anything. And ever since then I’ve had this specific feeling like someone is tapping on my tummy to the left of my belly button all day. I’m pretty sure it might have been implantation but I’m not sure and wondered if anyone felt when they implanted and if so please let me know in the comments😊
