Pregnancy or Period?

Hi, this is my first time posting on here. lol But, i had sex on April 1, which i was still ovulating. A week later, i’ve been having symptoms that were pregnancy signs and period signs. My breasts were tender, i had back pains, i had food cravings, and cm was white and milky. My bbt( basal body temperature) kept going up as well. Today, it was 98.8. My period is due in 3 days. Could i be pregnant or is it just AF coming?
