implantation bleeding?

Ttc! So a couple days i was almost positive i was having implantation bleeding because it was very light brownish spotting that was not enough to even come close to filling a panty liner the whole day. The next day i woke up and was sure i had my period, used 1 tampon, but the second one I used only had the brown spotting on it, and i have only used panty liners since which again only have spotting on them and don't even come close to being filled. Some more info: this is happening a week before my period is due, my breasts and nipples have been very sore for a week now ( never get that with my periods) and i have been having light cramping ( again i never get cramps with my period, not to brag😉 lol). i feel like it's too early to take a test because my period isn't due for a week, but I'm wondering if this is it? could i really be preggers? is this implantation bleeding!? any advice or comments will be much appreciated!
