Tips on how to overcome stress and be happier?
I work full-time as a nurse (3 12-hour shifts) and my husband works 5 days a week 8-hour shifts. We have an almost 11 month old who is a very busy boy! On my days off I’m either chasing him around or catching up on the household chores (which seems to never end) without ever getting a moment to sit down and relax. I tend to become overwhelmed, which leads to stress (I end up taking it out on my husband) which I shouldn’t. He is exhausted when he gets home and goes to the gym right after so he doesn’t have a lot of time to help me. How do you Momma’s stay sane and happy? I just noticed all this stress is starting to leave me feeling down most of the day which I want to change 😭
