My fiancé doesn’t take a shower like he should

It drives me crazy. Especially since we’ve had hot weather lately and he’s a hard worker. Last night I told him “why is it when u first moved in u showered everyday, now I gotta ask u if ur going to shower and hope u say yes”... yesterday & today he showered. He won’t shower after sex and he can go more than 3 days... But there’s days he’d rather come home from work, eat, watch tv & go to sleep, Which I get but I feel like he should shower cuz he works in a dusty environment and sweats a lot. I’ve tried and said everything from nice & sweet to being bitchy about it.
