Need to switch an OB 🙄 how?

So we’re at Fort Riley and we had our first appointment with our OB at 13 weeks (were 17&2 now) and I was told during my intake appointment a few days beforehand that because I was sexually abused growing up that I’d could have a female OB which made me feel more comfortable but when we got there it was a guy and he said he needed to do a pelvic exam and breast exam, which I was told didn’t need to be done at that appointment. So I refused and he made me feel like I was purposely “putting my baby in harms way” him and his MA were both extremely rude to my husband and I. I guess I’m just trying to figure out how I ask to switch doctors whichout havinf to see him again😔
