positive tests with aunt flo?? TMI

So I'm 12 days late, and have been getting negative tests on day 2, 4 and 9.. I tested yesterday and got a vfl, light brown spotting and pms like cramps... I didn't bleed at all for the rest of the day, into the night and then this morning I went to take another test and when I wiped there's a lot more blood, but i got a pretty bfp line... I'm so confused.. is it possible to have a period and be carrying? Are my hormones just out of wack so it's reflecting on the tests? is this just weird bleeding? any input is appreciated 😅 ***********UPDATE************* thanks for commenting, i got a test with pink dye and got a vflvfl. (picture taken at 6 minutes) but I'm also bleeding slightly, only enough to notice when I wipe, any ideas?? I've been reading and am hoping this isn't a chemical pregnancy, but any advice is greatly appreciated! Please send prayers, and baby dust that this is real!! I'm hoping for a BFP and for this liught bleeding to go away!
