Any help

My periods are between 7/10 days late.. I tested the day I was meant to get my periods which was the 2nd/3rd and got a negative. Again 8th negative again, but still no periods?

I’m a emotional wreck crying at everything (like my boyfriend off 2 years not staying one night, who is in the army and goes away months upon months and I have never been like this as I’m basically used to it now), feel sick constantly all day basically worst at night, get dead itchy skin mostly at night and had cramps on and off and my appetite is going through the roof.

Any help as I have no idea about these situations?
