Is there anybody that has did iui with donor sperm if so how many vials did you use? If not don’t sperm how many would you need???

I did IUI with donor sperm. I bought one vial and it worked. I feel so blessed that it worked for me on my first try. I decided from the beginning to buy one vial at a time.

i used 2 vials. my clinic did iui's two days in a row. i got pregnant unfortunately ended in early miscarriage. Good luck to you!

I used donor sperm took 1 vial and got pregnant on the first try thank God. I have 5 more vials because I wanted to have 2 children total. Good Luck!

we may use donor sperm in a few months. my doc didn't make a specific recommendation, but the office said not to order more than 4 at a time. that's just their policy

Hi, my Dr. had us order 2 and they only used 1. I didn’t get pregnant. Going in this weekend to use the other vial.

Thanks for asking this question! We have an appointment in May to decide what path to take and at the last meeting donor sperm for IUI was brought up and this didn’t even cross my mind.

I’ve gone through 4 so far. My clinic has its own small sperm bank, so I only need to buy 1 at a time. The rest from that donor is reserved for me, until I don’t need it anymore. They’ll even hold for future siblings, which I think is nice.
