So I have nexplanoon (the arm bar). My fiancé and I have unprotected sex ALL of the time. I was spotting for 3 weeks but 2 days ago it started like a light period. Mind you I haven’t had my period in 4 years. And I had very irregular periods when I was younger. Could it just be my period starting or should I be concerned sense I was spotting for 3 weeks?
