C-section scar and pregnant

Hi I’m 19 weeks @3 days pregnant with my third. My #2 was born via c-section 1 yr @ 1 week ago. Noticed today my scar is thick and upraised , when it wasn’t a few months ago. Only problem I’ve had this pregnancy is a pulling pain in the scar area but wondering if all this is normal now That ive seen how angry my scar is looking.. lots of hard tissue I didn’t know I had . Will I be able to carry full term ? Should I mention all this to doctor? Am I overreacting? Help !! TIA
