PCOS?? Help!

So I’ve been having problems with my female parts lately. Spotting on and off like implantation almost so I thought, but I really think it might have something to do with PCOS now. I was told back in August I was boarder line. Now I think it might have fully developed. I’m having horrible pains and I seriously can’t even fart with out my female parts hurting. (TMI sorry). I feel like I have barb wires wrapped around my uterus and ovaries that the wrong movement feels like their being stabbed. Can anyone help tell me if this is a normal sign of PCOS?
