Implantation Cramps at 4 DPO??

Is it possible to feel them as early as 4 DPO?

I woke up yesterday morning with a throbbing headache that lasted all day and then started having mild cramps last night. Today's is more punching pains that last a few seconds and have been coming and going.

Nipples have been sore too which I have never gotten. This symptom started 3 days ago with a burning sensation...they were warm for a few days. 1st day my nipples were really sensitive but it's subsided a lot.

Can anyone relate or have any insights?
