Herpes or anal fissures? (No picture included)

Last summer I was diagnosed with genital HSV-1. My first initial outbreak was HORRENDOUS as we all know. Since then I have been managing my stress, using suppressive therapy, and have bettered my diet. I’ve had one or two outbreaks since my first outbreak.

Its been an on and off thing that I have a sore arse hole after pooping. Sometimes cuts that I have, open a little more if they aren’t healed enough, and sometimes when I would wipe I would have a little fresh bright blood on the tissue. I’m not pooping blood, I don’t experience constipation, and I dont have any other symptoms that could imply severe anal fissures or hemerriods.

This time hasn’t been horrible, I’m doing what I can to heal them and to not irritate what’s already down there. I’ve taken a mirror and gently taken a look around and it almost does look like a little herpes outbreak, but I don’t have any other of my usual outbreak symptoms! The open sores/cuts also look like anal fissures. I’ve compared to images on google, and med websites.

I just need someone to help me go through the list to figure out if I’m having an outbreak, or if this is something completely different. Sorry about the TMI but I am waiting to get my prescription filled, and I won’t be able to see my doctor for another week. I don’t feel its severe enough to go see my doctor. It isn’t an every day thing, but it’s happening enough that I just need to know what the fuck it is.
