Not allowed to stay the night at my boyfriends house

My boyfriend and I have been together for 7 months( we are both 19) and I’m not allowed to spend the night at his house out of the fear that I’m going to have sex ( my mum words ). We are both virgins and the temptation has been there but we have both refrained because we want to wait until we are both ready. Yes I know it is my mums house and as long as I am living under roof I should follow her rules and I do but I feel like I should have some freedom to spend the night at my significant others. I am also going to university in September

Any advice ?
