TTC - test or wait?

Question

What did you do in the TWW the first time TTC? Did you take a bunch of tests or did you wait for AF to show up? 
I already took some tests waaaay too early (before implantation was possible-early) and got let down.. I’m 10dpo, AF is due in 6 days and I’m torn between wasting all of my HPTs or just waiting it out. 
I really think I’m pregnant, but I think it’s because I’m so excited that we’re trying for the first time, the baby fever is high ughhhh 
We’re both around 20 and no fertility issues in the family, but ik most healthy couples take about a year to get pregnant, I’m so impatieeeent and it huuurts D:

I personally only test the day I’m due or if I’m late. 
The very first month ttc I just presumed I was pregnant because I was so exhausted (was just jet lag from honeymoon!) so I was having lots of naps and rubbing my tummy 😂

I’m on my third month of trying to conceive my second child and the two week wait is driving me crazy as well. My daughter is 2 and I don’t want a huge age gap. I got pregnant while on birth control the last time so I guess I thought that it would happen instantly this time. Silly me!
I did lots of pregnancy tests the last two cycles and it disappointed me when they were negative. I’m 10DPO now and have decided to wait until my period is actually late to test this time. 
It’s so hard!

whether you test alot or don't the end result will be the same either way so it's whatever makes you feel happier. I like to owe on a stick everyday just because I find that it calms me so I buy the cheap ones off eBay and crack on. I don't spend days wondering what if then. when I have my morning pee if it comes back negative I just think oh well see what happens tomorrow. I found when I was waiting it would make me really anxious. everybody is different and everybody has totally different ways of doing it. my friend who it ttc waits until her period is due xx
