2 months no period

not pregnant I'm 24 years old I have 2 boys ....I've never missed a period 2 months in a row befor yes I have missed maybe one here and there but never 2 in a row I've taken pregnancy test one did come out as a very faint line then all the rest came out negative I went to the hospital they did a blood and urine test all came out negative I was takeing antidepressants but stopped when my period came late because I thought it was the medication I called my obgyn and asked her if that maybe the case if my antidepressants was case of me missing my periods and she said no ....I'm just hopeing it's nothing serious I won't be able to see my doc till May ....has this ever happen to anybody ? how ever I did give birth to my youngest son Jun 16th of last year if that has anything to do with it I hope not other than the antidepressant I was takeing I haven't been on any other medications ...I stopped takeing it February cause my period came late so I decided to stop and ever since then I've missed 2 periods March and April my last period was febuary 9th .....hopefully I get some awnsers or peace of mind ....one more thing I've had consistant periods on time like clock work so yes this is not normal for me 🤔🙄😔
