How long should I wait??

The topic is my question lol. I haven't had a period since March 12th, and both apps I'm using say I'm late. eve says four days late, Glow says nine days late. How long should I wait to take a test?? I don't remember when I ovulated last.

Update: It's basically midnight and I'm pretty sure I just got my period, but it's really watery (sorry for the TMI) is that normal or is that possibly implantation??
