Do you change the sheets every time after having sex?

I saw a comment the other day that made me want to ask this. A lady said that she changes her sheets whenever her and her husband have sex... but personally, that would just be excessive lol. So I'm wondering how many other people do wash their sheets every time after sex & am I just gross?😅😂
