Do you look down on people who get married at a courthouse instead of having a “real wedding”
My husband and I got married at the courthouse, and we’re getting our vows renewed later this year at a venue.
I’ve been getting shit for not having a “real” wedding. I’ve been told that I’ll miss out on the most important memories by getting married at a courthouse, and that our vow renewal should count as our wedding since family/friends will be present.
I just want to hear CC’s opinions on marriages at courthouses vs. a venue/church, etc
